USC Architecture Operation PPE has 3D printed over 11,000+ face shields and 6500+ face masks.

Founded, organized, and mobilized by Alvin Huang of Synthesis Design + Architecture, USC Architecture Operation PPE is a a volunteer network of USC Architecture faculty, students, alumni, friends and more that are remotely 3D printing personal protection equipment for medical professionals battling on the front lines of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. All personal protection equipment was donated to USC Keck Medicine, LA County Hospital, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, MLK Hospital in Watts, Chinle Chapter Government in Chinle, Arizona and the Bureau of Education for the Colorado River Indian Tribes.You can read more about our efforts here:
