Synthesis Design + Architecture’s Melrose Jewel Box has received a building permit from the City of West Hollywood, moving the project toward construction.

The mixed-use project was recognized with a 2025 AIA Los Angeles NEXT LA Citation Award in the Commercial/Mixed-Use category and a 2025 Architizer Vision Awards Special Mention.

These milestones recognize the project’s design vision as it advances from concept toward realization.
